Ozone Science

Ozone has been used to decontaminate water for over 100 years. It has a sterilization and disinfection rate over 3,000 times faster than Chlorine, and is at least 30 times more energy efficient than heat sterilization. Ozone is currently used as a primary disinfectant in thousands of water systems world-wide including Paris (1903) Los Angeles (1984) and San Diego (1986).

More information on Ozone and its water disinfection properties will be posted to this site as it becomes available.
